It seems that tablets are all the craze right now. It may not be a popular information, but the idea of a tablet has been around since 2001, but just started to pick up last year when Apple decided to come up with their own version. With this, they simply became the number one source of tablet. Right now, their latest is the iPad 2. While it is not the only tablet in the market today, it is what the majority is buying.
However, whether you like it or not, iPad 2 is simply the best tablet in the market today and it even feels like the only one available due to Apple’s impeccable marketing strategies. It is not the perfect tablet as the cameras are severely lacking, the screen, while extremely high quality, is flaunting last year’s spec, and its operating system still has significant issues, like the irritating pop-up notifications.
Despite all these, iPad still continues to be the best as its usability is close to perfect and the apps seem to just never endingly keep on coming from all sources. Although, if you have the old tablet and do not feel like having a camera, you pretty much have the same thing.

The same question also applies when the Apple first introduced their tablet gadget and tons of supporters tried to know where to buy a iPad. Apple has been able to make a good hype of their product. For a technology that has been available for quite some time, it has been able to stir up the market and make people run to the gadget stores to get the latest version of the tablet. They were able to fully utilize the technology, which is what the first tablets never able to achieve. You can even purchase iPad online so easily these days without breaking a sweat. The tablet, if you are looking for practicability, is not really the most reliable thing on Earth. For writers, you cannot really afford to only have a tablet because it does not have its own keyboard and a laptop would always be better, but Apple knows its audience and they made sure that they were able to capitalize on the things that you can do with an iPad. Intel already raised the white flag for the reason that majority are going for the looks rather than reliability on their gadgets.
Published April 5, 2011 | iPad is definitely not the only tablet around. It may be the best tablet that most would like to buy but not all are convinced with it. The Samsung Galaxy tablet seems to give a great competition for iPad, at least to those who are non-iPad believers. This is simply the best Honeycomb tablet to date and of course it is available in the market today. So far, iPad’s definite advantage is its apps. Android seems to be following this step, but of course that possibility is yet to be seen. It gives a better resolution display so you can easily read and see everything. It currently offers up to 32 GB. It, however, does not have an LTE radio, which is one of the reasons why iPad is popular. In terms of appearance, Galaxy has the same features and may even have more, depending on your preference.
You can easily see the difference in the usability since the screens are a lot easier to the eyes and if you have Gmail account, it would surely give you a better experience because of its compatibility with the e-mail web site. Overall, you can easily say that Galaxy can be a viable substitute to what Apple is offering at this moment.
